Vip2cuci Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

Welcome to vip2cuci. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and vip2cuci ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the vip2cuci website at vip2cuci.world, as well as all services, products, and features available through it.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the vip2cuci platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use the vip2cuci platform and must cease use immediately. vip2cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time with reasonable notice to members.

To register and use the vip2cuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a private individual registering for your own personal use, and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You have never been banned, suspended, or blocked by vip2cuci previously for any reason.
• All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
• You do not reside in any geographic region that restricts or prohibits online betting platform services.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at vip2cuci. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings held within those accounts.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other supporting documents to verify a member's identity, age, and account information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.

Vip2cuci supports a range of deposit methods popular in Malaysia. All deposits are processed through secure, registered payment gateways. The deposit methods accepted by vip2cuci are as follows:

• Malaysian eWallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer / Internet Banking: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now)

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction. No daily maximum deposit limit is set by default; however, specific limits may apply based on your account verification level. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Deposit processing times are under 5 minutes for all eWallet methods and between 5 to 15 minutes for bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow, subject to third-party banking system availability. Any delays caused by third-party bank or payment gateway systems are beyond vip2cuci's control.

Members are fully responsible for ensuring all deposit details are correct before confirming a transaction. vip2cuci is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect deposit details submitted by the member. Failed deposits due to member error must be reported to the vip2cuci support team within 24 hours.

Members may withdraw their winnings balance and eligible funds at any time using the same method as their deposit, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per transaction. No transaction fees are charged for withdrawals made via local Malaysian payment methods. Withdrawal processing time ranges from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the selected method, subject to completed account verification and standard security checks.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or when account activity patterns require further review. This is a standard protective measure to safeguard member funds and prevent fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method whose account name matches the registered name of the vip2cuci member. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be treated as misconduct and may result in an investigation and account restriction.

All bets placed on the vip2cuci platform are subject to the betting rules and policies set out in this section, as well as the specific rules for each sport and game type available on the platform.

The minimum bet for all Sports Betting markets is RM 1. Maximum bet limits vary by market type, sport, and member account status. vip2cuci reserves the right to set, adjust, or impose specific betting limits on any member or any market at any time without providing a reason.

All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or changed, except where the Cash Out feature is available for specific matches and markets. Bets accepted by the vip2cuci system are binding even if the displayed odds subsequently change, provided the bet was clearly confirmed before such changes took effect.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to void bets and return funds to members under the following circumstances:

• Matches or events postponed by more than 12 hours from the scheduled time
• Significant technical errors in odds determination
• Events cancelled entirely with no valid result
• Outcomes disputed by the relevant sports regulatory body

For badminton, Malaysia Super League football, MPL Malaysia esports, and all other sports covered by vip2cuci, the specific rules for each market are as displayed on the platform at the time the bet is placed.

Vip2cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the general terms set out herein.

Every bonus received by a member is subject to a rollover requirement. This means the bonus amount (or in some cases, the deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

The general terms applicable to all vip2cuci bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is eligible to claim a new bonus only once, unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts or to any third party
• Vip2cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through methods such as arbitrage, multiple accounts, or other strategies contrary to the spirit of the promotion is strictly prohibited
• All rollover requirements must be met within the specified time period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within that period will expire automatically

To ensure the vip2cuci platform remains a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members, certain conduct is strictly prohibited. Violations of any of these prohibitions may result in account restriction or closure without compensation.

Prohibited conduct on vip2cuci includes:

• Fraud & Forgery: Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or in any communication with vip2cuci
• Money Laundering: Using the vip2cuci platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• System Manipulation: Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or using other means to claim bonuses beyond the permitted limit
• Hacking: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate vip2cuci's systems, servers, or databases
• Impersonation: Claiming to be a representative or employee of vip2cuci in order to mislead or deceive other members

Vip2cuci employs advanced monitoring technology to detect unusual activity and conduct that may violate these terms. All suspected cases will be thoroughly investigated, and vip2cuci's decisions are final in all matters relating to breaches of these Terms and Conditions.

Vip2cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time for various reasons, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of a competent authority.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, vip2cuci reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the funds in the account may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Members may also close their own account at any time via the self-exclusion function or by contacting the vip2cuci support team. Any valid balance in an account closed at the member's own request will be returned to the registered payment method, once all verification requirements have been met.

Vip2cuci is committed to protecting the privacy and data security of all members. The collection, processing, and use of members' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

Vip2cuci collects and processes members' personal data for the following purposes: identity and age verification, financial transaction processing, fraud and money laundering prevention, customer support service delivery, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and platform service improvement.

Vip2cuci will not sell, rent, or disclose members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the member's explicit consent. Data sharing with third parties occurs only in the context of service delivery (such as payment processors) or when required by law.
